Delete your Ondustry account

Ondustry is a B2B platform that connects distributors with their dealers. It gives dealers instant access to their distributors' up-to-date PriceBooks, pricing, and inventory, along with purchase orders, announcements, and messaging.

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

Sign in to your Ondustry account on the web or mobile app.
Open Settings → Delete account.
Confirm by typing your business name and entering your password.
Your account is closed immediately, you are signed out, and your personal data is removed.

What gets deleted

Your profile details (name, email, phone, avatar)
Your password and active sessions
Push notification tokens and device registrations
Personal preferences and notification settings
Private notes and draft content you created
Messages and content you authored

What we retain and why

Some records involve other businesses you transacted with and are kept as legal and financial records. Where possible, your identifying details are anonymized:

Purchase orders and invoices exchanged with your partners
Audit trails of business actions
